The safe and calm waters surrounding Treasure Island is a fantastic place to learn to scuba dive and is always one of the most memorable experiences of guests visiting Fiji.

Just a short boat ride away is another world of vivid turquoise waters, abundant with beautiful corals, teaming with an amazing variety of colourful tropical fish. Choose a relaxing dive in the calm inner reef waters or explore the deeper ocean side Mamanuca barrier reef where dolphins, turtles and large pelagic fish are your dive companions. All in warm water 30c with excellent 15-25m visibility!

Subsurface Fiji specialise in making diving fun for all. We have diving courses for all age levels from 8+ and for all experience levels tailored to the length of your stay.

Kids Scuba
There are 6 PADI dive courses for children. Starting at age 8 with the Bubble Maker pool based course and advancing up to the 12-15 years old Advanced Junior Open Water Diver course.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving  
A fun and safe introduction to diving. In just ½ day guided by your PADI instructor you will have fun in the classroom, pool and then it’s off to dive the world famous reefs with the guidance of your dive instructor. On completion you will receive a certificate that is valid during your stay allowing more great diving experiences. Lets go diving! (Max depth 12m)

PADI Open Water Dive Course
Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. In just 2 ½ days you can get the certification for a life time of diving adventures.

Refresher
Already a certified diver but feel a little rusty? Take advantage of our SCUBA refresher course review and get back under the water.

Referral
Done your classroom and pool work at your local dive shop? Get your Open Water certification on holiday in the worlds best underwater classroom!

Certified Scuba Diving

For certified divers, our fast dive boats will take you to a choice of 44 dive sites in the Mamanuca Islands. Expect to see caves, pinnacles, walls, a crashed B26 Bomber from WW2, a ship wreck and experience the shark encounter dive at the world famous Supermarket dive site. Add in an abundance of tropical fish, large pelagic fish, and the colorful soft corals that Fiji is famous for and you will want to keep exploring these magnificent reefs. Dive trips departing daily. All dives are boat dives with PADI Dive Master services.

Water Sports with Subsurface Fiji

Located on Treasure Island Resort, Subsurface offers a line up of exhilarating motorised and non-motorised watersports activities. The warm tropical sunshine, white sandy beaches and the clear lagoons that surround the island make water sports a must do on your visit. We offer excellent facilities and instruction in a variety of exciting water sports.

Parasailing
$90 single/ $120 tandem (child flies free with paying adult)
After the adrenalin rush of take off, you will soar 100ft above the islands and coral reefs, taking in the awesome view. It is safe and fun for everyone. Grab a friend and fly in tandem. Enquire about our sunset parasail experience.

Jet Ski
$80 for 15 mins or $140 for 1/2 hour
The Yamaha XL 700 'WaveRunners' are well suited for both experienced and learner riders who enjoy powered fun and exhilaration. Fast and ready to ride. Bring along a partner and share the fun.

Banana Boat Rides
$25 / child $15
Hang on! Go for a wet and wild Banana boat ride to cool off. Fun for everyone, the big banana will take you for an exhilarating and totally fun trip.
Hold on tight, or you may end up in the water! Getting wet…100% guaranteed!

Water Ski & Wakeboard
$80 (includes instruction)
Come on and join us to experience waterskiing or wakeboarding in the perfect gentle waters around the island. Our water sports center has all the latest equipment.

Game and Sports Fishing
$180 per hour for private charter
Warm water, ultra deep ocean and a labyrinth of reefs and passages make Fiji an exciting place to fish. Game fish caught here include Wahoo (probably the fastest fish in the ocean), Sail Fish, Barracuda, Giant Trevally, Tuna and Mahi Mahi (beautiful colors, strong fighting and delicious to eat). Fighting one of these heavy weight tropical speedsters is a fantastic experience.

Island Hopping
$80 adult/ $40 child
We know you are staying on the friendliest resort in the beautiful Mamanuca Islands but its fun to visit the other famous resorts and prove this is true! This 4 hour trip visits 4 other famous island resorts including Plantation, Musket Cove, Malolo and Castaway - stopping half an hour in every resort, followed by a cooling snorkel at a beautiful reef. Not to be missed. Minimum numbers apply. Enquire about a private charter.

Guided Snorkeling Safari
$15 adult/7.50 child
Snorkeling is excellent from Treasure Island. Subsurface offer guided snorkeling tours through Treasures Marine Sanctuary. Experience the thrill of exploring the ocean and all of its wonders with your certified guide. Or take a trip to nearby Bounty Island for shell collecting and snorkeling.

Hand-line Fishing Trips
$15 adult/7.50 child
Hook a fish from our nearby reefs and enjoy your catch for lunch or dinner. Fun for all the family. Morning trips departs between 6.30 am and 8.30 am and afternoon trips at 3.00pm to 5.00pm

Kayaks
$10 per hour, includes life jacket/paddle
Get aboard your kayak and enjoy a relaxing paddle on the calm clear waters surrounding Treasure Island. Feeling adventurous? Then paddle to the Sandbar or neighboring Beachcomber Island. The fun way to explore.  Choice of single or tandem.

Hobie Cats
$15 per hour, includes life jacket
Fijis climate and calm waters make sailing a breeze for beginners and intermediates. Experience the exhilaration of sailing or you can simply choose to cruise and have a relaxing time on the water. Up to 3 people per boat.

Windsurfing
$15 per hour, includes life jacket
Our instructors will get you up and sailing over the warm waters in no time. Ideal boards for beginners and a perfect way to explore and enjoy the local environment.
